Erica Phipps (she/her), MPH, PhD, is a postdoctoral fellow working with Dr. Eric Crighton on the CIHR-funded Prenatal Environmental Health Education research initiative. Building on her community-based doctoral research on equity-focused intersectoral practice in the context of housing inadequacy and health inequity, Erica is leading a case study in Owen Sound, Ontario, as part of a research team based at the Université de Montréal that is exploring how intersectoral networks adapt and innovate in response to change. Closely intertwined with these research pursuits is her role as Executive Director of the Canadian Partnership for Children's Health and Environment (CPCHE) and the CPCHE-led RentSafe initiative.
